Collect points:
You automatically collect points for every purchase in our online store if you are registered. For example, you receive 30 points = €3 for every €300 you spend. You can check your points balance at any time under “Your account -> Points account”.

Redeem points in the store:
You can redeem your points directly with your next order. Log in and select “Redeem points” in the shopping cart or checkout area. Points can only be redeemed during the order process.

Rewards for points:
Our range of rewards includes useful and trendy products from various areas of everyday life. We also offer regularly changing seasonal rewards.

Conditions of participation:
We reserve the right to make individual reward items available at a later date or to replace them with an equivalent item in the event of unexpected unavailability. All reward items are only available while stocks last. The points collected must be redeemed within one year. After 1 year the validity expires automatically. No notification will be sent. Loyalty points are not valid in conjunction with special prices.
